Absolutely Fabulous!! Our whole family (6 adults and 1 child) recently had a very enjoyable stay at this amazing house. Our daughters love to cook and everything imaginable was available. The addition of staple cooking ingredients was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Comfortable beds, high quality linen, beautiful decor and the list goes on. Our grandson loved the playroom and toys and the beautiful backyard. So private and quiet and in such a great position. This house could not have suited us better!

Beautiful! Beautifully presented and maintained property, in great proximity to everything - beach, Bannisters, Tallwood. You really don't need to bring a thing, everything you could think of is here. Great for one or two families. Friendly and helpful owners. Easily one of the best places to stay in the area. We loved it.

A Week In Paradise! A Week In Paradise! Mollymook is a stunning setting, with one of the best beaches in the world and with magnificent summer weather all week long we thought it couldn't get any better than this! We were wrong, the house exceeded all our expectations. 7 Donlan Road is a haven, even a safe-haven in its own right, it is superbly constructed with amply size bedrooms, very comfortable beds and bathrooms that were immaculate. Living space is also great. It is simple a beautiful home to be in. While I'm not a cook the kitchen had more cooking implements than I have seen in my lifetime. My only complaint was that it took me about 5 minutes to locate a bottle opener! But it was there. So the 150 lashes didn't go to waste! The entertainment center is about as good as anyone could get, but it didn't beat the serenity of drinking that beer while reading in the peacefulness of the back veranda only being interrupted by the sound of the surf and the laughter of the grandson playing in the backyard. As a family of 8 coming from different cities, we had a great week celebrating together and I would thoroughly recommended to anyone to seriously consider staying at this refuge with all its extraordinary benefits!

A Great Holiday! We stayed here for a week holiday. The house was fantastic, it had everything we needed. We do a lot of cooking and all of the utensils we needed were available. The house was very well equipped with good quality towels and linen. It was also very close to the beach which was very convenient for us as we spent a lot of time there. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this house to others.

Exceptional stay! We had a wonderful stay at 7 Donlan Rd. The house was beautifully maintained and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed and a lot more. All the beds were luxurious and very comfortable and our favourite spot was sitting out on the back deck in the lush & tranquil surrounds. We loved the short 250m walk to Mollymook beach and we also walked to the local shops for dinner one night at a great restaurant. Overall we loved our stay and was very happy with our booking experience and would happily recommend this place to others.

a big backyard and a trampoline for the kids to play on.

Donlan Rd is the perfect house for a mid-winter seaside escape!
The morning sun streams into the main living area and onto the deck and allows you to feel like it is spring (which was much needed). The proximity to the beach is fantastic, and the house is far enough from Mitchell Pde that you do not hear any traffic noise. We stayed with three adults, two children and a baby. The layout of the house worked really well for us, two bedrooms in the front wing of the house and two in the rear wing, so the baby kept no one awake! The layout of the house would be perfect for two families to stay (each taking their own wing). The owners went above and beyond what you expect fom a holiday home, providing everything we needed for the baby as well as a range of toys, books and activities for all ages. The house has been wonderfully renovated and is beautifully presented. Anyone thinking of renovating their own homes should stay here to get some great ideas! The owners have made full use of the position of the property and the surrounding natural environment. Anyone thinking of staying at 7 Donlan Rd - should!

Fabulous property. The photos do not do it justice. Its set up like an hotel - we didn't even need to take beach towels. It has lots of activities for the children too. And just across from the beach. We walked to Bannisters for dinner (rolled home down the hill). The managers couldn't have done any more to make sure we were looked after. I highly recommend this property and will be going back myself

I stayed here with 2 disabled people and the house was great.
It had everything you could think of and more. So clean and organised no stairs in the house so its great for elderly people as well as disabled. We did not want to leave such a beautiful and tranquil place. I would reccommend this house to anyone wanting a place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet and the gorgous beaches that a a short walk away.

7 Donlan Road is the perfect home for a family holiday by the beach. Immaculately presented throughout, the house was spacious, well equipped and we couldn't have asked for more! I would definitely return, hopefully next time the weather will be better!

We booked 7 Donlan Rd for a weekend to attend a wedding in Mollymook. Unfortunately the weekend was over before we knew it and we had to go home! We all loved the house, the kids had a ball on the PS3 and in the backyard and there isn't a thing missing from the house, if you need something it is there! We loved it and hope to come to back for a longer stay soon!

We were 6 adults, 1 toddler and 1 baby. We were in search for "special" modern holiday place which would accommodate all of us and meet all our needs. We celebrated a big "round" birthday hence wanted a boutique house. The chef Matt ( from Merry Street restaurant)cooked a fabulous brunch for us so we could enjoy the birthday celebrations without anybody "slaving" away in the kitchen. The owners were very thoughtful (although it was just briefly mentioned) and we were welcomed with a bowl full of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine for the "birthday boy". The property is extremely well equipped for adults and children of all ages, including things like iPad/ipod dock, pram, sun tent, baby backpack, cot , a vast collection of children books and lots and lots of great "coffeetable" books and travel books. The owners/builders ought to be congratulated on the interior design job they did all by themselves! Beautiful interior with gorgeous bathrooms as well as great outdoor area. We hope we will be back...

We were four adults and four children and spent three nights at 7 donlan. We had the most lovely stay. The house is beautiful and has been tastefully and thoughtfully rennovated to a very high standard. It was 'boutique' family accomodation experience that we were looking for. The living areas are gorgeous, particularly the outdoor area, as are the bedrooms and bathrooms - the reality is even better than the photos. In addition, the house has been kitted out extremely well, from food basics to high quality kitchen appliances and an ipad doc. The provision for families is excellent e.g. a sun tent is provided, there are heaps of childrens books and ball games,
a trampoline etc. The high quality, thoughtful kit was the icing on the cake of this beautiful place. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a 'boutique' holiday rental, with or without children. It's a beautiful place in an amazing location and is extremely good value. And the owners are very helpful! We will be going back again!

I would highly recommend 7 Donlan Road. We had a great stay and the extra touches were really appreciated - eg we enjoyed using the boogie boards at the beach. It was great for our young kids too who loved running around in the big backyard and playing on the trampoline.
