A Private Sanctuary

Once you park in the secure, double garage, not a soul will know you are in town... total privacy is enjoyed! Because you can't always escape work, free wifi is available.

There is room for eight with a king bed & three queens.  The main bathroom has a deep bath and separate rainshower, and there are two ensuites.  A baby hammock & travel cot are available.  All linen & towels are supplied.

Open Plan Living

Single level, the open plan home offers every comfort including LED TVs, Foxtel, blu-ray player, Playstation and stereo. With a north aspect and the use of innovative building materials the house stays at a comfortable temperature year round, but in case of extreme weather there is air conditioning and gas heating. The living areas flow out onto a large deck with not another house in sight.

Backyard & Beach

The fully fenced north facing backyard has a large private deck, sheltered by a solar shade cloth in summer, outdoor shower, BBQ & outdoor dining table.  Famous Mollymook Beach is a two minute walk across the road with countless beautiful beaches, inlets and lakes just a short drive away.

And, Because We Know What It Is Like To Pack For Holidays, 7 Donlan Road also supplies...

High quality cotton sheets and large towels, hand towels, facewashers, bath mats, beach towels, doonas & luxury quilt covers, mattress toppers, waffle blankets, & linen for the baby hammock & cot.  
All beds are made for you on arrival.

 

For your little ones, there is a wide selection of children's DVDs, books, toys, a highchair, baby bath, Bugaboo stroller & bassinet, Kathmandu backpack, baby sling and sunshade.  For the older kids there are boogie boards, surfboards and kite.  There are also some outdoor games to keep everyone entertained.

 

Tea, coffee, sugar, butter & milk is there for you on arrival, & flour, salt, pepper, soy sauce, oil, tomato & BBQ sauce,  glad wrap, baking paper, foil, paper towel, ice block bags & tea towels are supplied.  There is also a Nespresso Coffee Machine and supplies of pods for your stay.

 

Toilet paper is supplied, as is washing liquid in the laundry & dishwashing detergent, cloths & dishwasher tablets in the kitchen.
